Kuuse House

The Kuuse Concept Houses are located in the middle of a rich spruce and pine forest near the Sportland Kõrvemaa Hiking and Ski Resort. They provide accommodation for a family or circle of friends of up to six people. Soft Scandinavian-style shades prevail in the interiors of the experience houses, helping them blend in ideally with the surrounding living environment.

The spacious living room boasts extensive glass surfaces and an eight metre-high ceiling. There is a dining table for six and a kitchen nook with dishes (including a stove, coffee maker, and fridge). The living room is equipped with a 75’ LED TV, a soundbar sound system, and a fold-out sofa bed for up to two people to sleep on. A large terrace can be accessed directly from the living room. The living room also leads to the ground floor bedroom which has two beds which can easily be turned into a comfortable double bed. The room also boasts a comfortable armchair from Oot-oot and access to the terrace.

A stylish spiral staircase takes you from the living room to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a spacious loft-style bedroom with two beds which can also be assembled into a double bed. The three metre-high windows of the bedroom offer views over the surrounding forest landscape. A private balcony can also be accessed from the bedroom.

On the ground floor is a luxurious Scandinavian-style sauna with a large glass window. The sauna can be enjoyed by up to four people at a time. The ground floor is also equipped with a bathroom and shower along with a separate toilet cubicle.

The private car park in front of the building fits up to three cars and is also equipped with a VOOL rapid EV charger. The temperature in the rooms can be adjusted, with an underfloor heating system which can be used in summer to cool the rooms.

The houses have a smart lock system which provides contactless check-in.
